Where to begin?
The first step to beginning treatment is a complimentary phone consultation. This allows you to make sure that you are comfortable and have an opportunity to bring up any questions or concerns you may have. During this consultation, we can also address financial arrangements. I am happy to personally help you figure out what your insurance coverage is or provide information about private pay arrangements.

How we meet:

I offer HIPPA Compliant video-chat sessions. This is a convenient option for people who have busy schedules, live or work far away from the office, new moms, caregivers, etc.
You can use your phone or computer to meet with me for your weekly therapy sessions.
Must have secure internet access and be in a private space.
